WP.0 Techno-economic Coordination of the Project Team

This package includes the overall project management strategy and the continuous monitoring of the implementation progress throughout its duration. It also includes coordination between participants, the preparation of internal reports and the management of project events, from conferences to dissemination and communication activities.
